The accomplishments of Fox Valley's best and brightest students include: - Brian R. Barwig, a 1999 graduate of Jacobs High School, Algonquin, has been named the recipient of the $2,000 Oscar W. Koeppel Award from the ISSA Foundation. Founded by the International Sanitary Supply Association to promote education, research and other community endeavors.
