In today's fast-paced world, quick fixes and fast food are a way of life for some people. We pop an aspirin or two if we have a headache, we go through the McDonald's drive-through if we're hungry. Their the type of habits Dr. Andrew Weil is trying to teach people to break. Weil, director of the Program in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, believes nutrition and exercise are the keys to good health and can even lessen the effects of arthritis or some other ailments.
