The ways in which businesses can use event marketing campaigns linked to activities at Allstate Arena to increase patronage were the topic of a Daily Herald-sponsored forum Thursday in Rosemont. Director of Special Events for Closets Unlimited, Al Cohen, said he was able to see just how many people could be reached through the right marketing.
"I took away that there are great opportunities out there for cross promotions," Cohen said. Jeff Mangano of the Shamrock Companies Inc. was impressed at how much potential there was for his company with the right promotion. "This is just such an untapped marketing vehicle," Mangano said.
