Mentoring program suits Euclid School.(Neighbor)

Last fall Euclid School was the first school selected to model a corporate-sponsored mentoring program expected to be reproduced nationwide. Those expectations soon may become a reality. Euclid Elementary School, 1211 Wheeling Road in Mount Prospect, has been hosting the Allstate mentor program for the past year.
Sponsored by Allstate Insurance Co., the program serves 60 students. While the mentor program is not a tutoring or homework program, mentors can help students with reading or homework or conflict management. The mentors read stories to a child or play games.
