School warns girls not to wear midriff-baring dresses to prom.(News)

When Lake Park High School social worker Vicky Threlkeld opened Seventeen magazine a few weeks ago, what she saw put her and other school officials on alert. The magazine featured prom dresses - many of them sans material around the navel. "They were like bathing suit tops with a long skirt," said Threlkeld, also the school's prom sponsor.
