The former Lake County deputy coroner who once leveled charges of racism against his boss is a convicted felon and fugitive who "completed fabricated" his identity, police investigators said. Lionel Locke, 41, was charged with possession of a weapon by a felon, perjury, forgery and possession of a fictitious driver's license after police raided his home at 1711 Duck Drive in Zion at 5:30 a.m.
