Palatine to hear new condo plan.(News)

One of the first big projects that could bring major changes in downtown Palatine will be on the table tonight. Palatine leaders and residents who attend tonight's village council meeting will hear the revamped plans for an upscale, five- story condominium building on Colfax Street. Proposed by Wellington Partners Inc., the project would be located on property presently occupied by a vacant house and dry cleaners on the north side of Colfax Street, between Smith and Brockway streets.
