Glendale Heights-based Leopardo Companies Inc. is looking at relocating from its West suburban headquarters to set up shop at the Prairie Stone Business Park in Hoffman Estates. The 780-acre business park is owned, developed and home to Sears, Roebuck and Co. LCI will come before Hoffman trustees Monday night for a courtesy review.
LCI wants to build a 60,000-square-foot office building on a vacant 8.5-acre parcel at the business park, next to the Silesia Flavors building. LCI will also come before the village's plan commission Wednesday night with their site plans.
