Office space makes Town Square a local hot spot.(Neighbor)

Joseph Freed and Associates is no longer moving into its showcase project, Arlington Town Square. "We had some people come in who really, really wanted space," so Freed rented it out, spokesman Jeff Renkert said. Those people are PVI Communications Ltd., an Arlington Heights- based multi-media and graphics company, which will rent 14,000 square feet in the Town Square's northernmost building.

PVI, now based at 3800 N. Wilke Road, will join Purely Cotton and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as new corporate residents of downtown Arlington Heights on Oct. 2, said Louis Claps, one of five co-owners and executive vice president of new business development.
