DePaul enjoys early success of local campus.(News)

Little more than a month after welcoming its first students, DePaul University's new Rolling Meadows campus is enjoying early success, university officials say. The campus will host an invitation-only grand opening ceremony Thursday to share its success with elected officials from the Rolling Meadows and Schaumburg communities it serves, said Kurtis Todd, campus administrator for DePaul's O'Hare and Rolling Meadows campuses.
Rolling Meadows Mayor Thomas F. Menzel plans to attend the ceremony, saying there are no lingering hard feelings about an early marketing strategy in which DePaul promoted its campus as being in Schaumburg.
