Jeanne Silverstone of Buffalo Grove Funeral services for Jeanne Silverstone, 84, a resident of Claremont Rehabilitation and Living Center in Buffalo Grove for the past three years, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, at The Piser Chapel, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd. (at Church Street), Skokie. Mrs. Silverstone died Saturday, Nov.
25, 2000, following a long illness. Interment will be in Westlawn Cemetery. Jeanne was an active member of the Brandeis University National Women's Committee and was a former president of the Austin Junior Hadassah. In her spare time, she was an accomplished artist and pianist and won several radio and television jingle contests when these were popular in the mid- 1950s. She was also a wonderful bridge player.
