Or a new stadium for the Bears? "Fear not. Just ask PORK 'R US." Gov. Ryan and the legislature are spreading $380 million from their legislative pork barrel in the manner one editorial described as "spending like a drunken sailor." Unfair.

A sailor, even drunk, would have the innate decency not to spread those millions among the rich and privileged while stiffing the truly needy.
