Wolters Kluwer adds financial services firm RIVERWOODS - Wolters Kluwer North America said Wednesday its has acquired Compliance International Inc. of Fairfield, N.J., a provider of electronic regulatory information for the financial services market. Compliance International will become a unit of CCH Inc., a Riverwoods-based provider of tax and business law information and software, and a Wolters Kluwer North America company.

Financial terms were not disclosed. Grainger renews GE Lighting supply pact METTAWA - W.W.
