Byline: Susan Terwedow In the previous 22 years of the March Madness Half Marathon and 10K races, bad weather has become part of the tradition. I thought the race would have to be canceled if the day was too pleasant. Sunday was sunny with just a slight breeze. It was cool, but not too cold.
