Byline: Cass Cliatt They had to wait for it, but staff members at Harvest Bible Chapel in Rolling Meadows got the thumbs-up they needed from the city council to install temporary trailers on their property at 800 Rohlwing Road. The church will be allowed to put a 24-foot by 60-foot trailer on the church site for up to two years to deal with a space crunch.
The church also has the option of adding a second trailer the second year. Aldermen unanimously voted in favor of the church's request last week, two weeks after aldermen denied a request to rush approval of the measure. The previous objection wasn't against the trailers themselves, as much as the request to speed the vote. With all the procedural ducks in a row, officials had no problem...
