Salo has spent the last few days trying to forget the 80-foot goal he allowed with 2:24 to play in the quarterfinals against Belarus that resulted in Sweden's stunning 4-3 loss.

The shot by Vladimir Kopat hit Salo in the mask and dropped into the net. Salo was ripped apart by the Swedish press, and there are those wondering if the goal will haunt him once he resumes playing for the Edmonton Oilers on Thursday. "Of course, it's tough.
