Now, thanks to tightened security, your suitcase and its contents are getting the opposite degree of attention, right down to an almost public display of your bright red knee warmers.

Arguably on the positive side, travelers are again complaining about the turmoil of "checking in," a noise signifying the return of near-normalcy. Some travel companies are reporting a surge of customers since New Year's Day, with seniors apparently helping to lead the charge.
