Capri Corp. share sale brings in $1 million DOWNERS GROVE - Capri Corp. said it entered into contracts with two individuals who agreed to purchase up to 8.75 million shares of its common stock for 20 cents each. Capri said 5 million shares were sold in the pact thus far. Capri, parent of software maker Cimnet Systems, will use the $1 million proceeds for product development.

MAF announces 25% dividend increase CLARENDON HILLS - MAF Bancorp Inc., holding company for Mid America Bank, said it has raised its quarterly dividend 25 percent to 15 cents per share.
