Capri Corp. share sale brings in $1 million DOWNERS GROVE - Capri Corp. said it entered into contracts with two individuals who agreed to purchase up to 8.75 million shares of its common stock for 20 cents each. Capri said 5 million shares were sold in the pact thus far. Capri, parent of software maker Cimnet Systems, will use the $1 million proceeds for product development.
