Gerrie Kehnast and Carol Clarke were able to get their fix on opening day of the new HomeGoods store in Schaumburg. The women arrived shortly after the doors opened Thursday to check out the newest shop offering brand names at bargain prices for the home.
HomeGoods, across from Woodfield Shopping Center in Woodfield Village Green, is an off-price home fashions retailer, providing brand name and designer home fashions and accessories at prices up to 60 percent less than department stores, said HomeGoods spokeswoman Teleia Farrell.
