Byline: Mike McGraw Daily Herald Sports Writer Michael Jordan's pickup games have resumed on Chicago's West Side, and for the second straight year, one of the Bulls has suffered an injury while playing. Last summer, Jamal Crawford tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during one of Jordan's pickup games and missed four months of the season.

This time, Bulls rookie second-round draft pick Roger Mason Jr. hurt his right shoulder while playing at Hoops the Gym last week. Mason will see a specialist to determine the extent of the injury. "We're going to know a lot more on Wednesday," said Bulls general manager Jerry Krause. "If he's going to require surgery, we'll go ahead and do it and it will be a 4-6 month recovery period."
