- Adam J. Norman of Buffalo Grove received his bachelor's degree in fine arts along with a certificate in All Grade Art Education on May 4 from Indiana University, Bloomington Ind. - Lena Vitkin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Boris Vitkin of Buffalo Grove, was recently inducted into the Bradley University chapter of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society in Peoria.

Vitkin is a marketing major. Phi Eta Sigma is a national honor society for freshman students that strives to encourage and reward high scholastic attainment. To be selected for membership, a freshman must have a grade point average of 3.5 or greater. - Sarah E.
