Byline: Burt Constable As a retired Navy captain and noted military strategist, Loyola University professor John Allen Williams knew exactly how to respond to the surprise assault on his good name. "PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT THE JOHN ALLEN WILLIAMS WHO HAS BEEN ALL OVER THE NEWS TODAY!" his Web site proclaimed a mere half-hour after law enforcement officials announced that a John Allen Williams was the suspect in the sniper slayings.
