Jack L. Hervey of Wheaton for 25 years A memorial service for Jack L. Hervey, 64, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, at First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton, 715 N. Carlton Ave., Wheaton. Born Dec. 31, 1938, in Tecumseh, Neb., he died Friday, March 21, 2003, at his home. Interment will be private in the Wheaton Cemetery.

Mr. Hervey was raised in Wheaton, Minn. He graduated from the University of Minnesota, received his master's degree from the University of Nebraska and then his doctorate in agricultural economics from Michigan State University. He was a senior economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago for 35 years, advising the bank on monetary policy and international and agricultural issues.
