Byline: Kevin Johnson Daily Herald Correspondent Mundelein's Rachel Cleaveland threw a 1-hit shutout, struck out 9 Elgin batters while walking only 1 and beat the Maroons 5-0 Monday in Elgin. Yet, she still insisted that it was "not such a good day." Maybe that's why a scout from Bradley University was so eager to speak with the Mustang's co-ace after the game.
"Some pitches weren't working so well," said Cleaveland.
