The owner of the warehouse, 720 Frontenac Road, is Oak Brook- based CenterPoint Properties Trust. Accel specializes in coloring systems for plastic resins.
Its products are used in a wide array of industries. The company has operations in Avon, Ohio, as well as Naperville. Lawrence R.
