Every airline, except Southwest Airlines, charges a reissue fee, but amounts vary. America West, American, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Northwest, US Airways and United charge a $100 reissue fee (it's called a cancellation fee or change fee, depending on the airline), plus any difference in the cost of the ticket if the fare has gone up.
