Northrop awarded $281 million pact ROLLING MEADOWS - Northrop Grumman Corp. said Monday that it won a $281 million, nine-year contract from the U.S. Navy to develop a fully integrated personnel and pay capability system for all military branches of the Department of Defense. The Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System will support about 3 million military personnel worldwide.
