DeVry to phase out Toronto campus OAKBROOK TERRACE - DeVry Inc. said Thursday its DeVry Canada LLC subsidiary, signed an agreement with RCC College of Technology of Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. The pact will enable DeVry to phase out operations at its Toronto campus, starting in November. Pending government approval, DeVry will contract with RCC to manage the completion of programs of study for current DeVry students in Toronto, using DeVry curriculum toward DeVry diplomas and certificates.
