Henry F. "Hank" Blada of Gurnee Funeral services for Henry F. "Hank" Blada, 62, will be held at 7 p.m. today, at Marsh Funeral Home, 1840 E. Grand Ave., Lindenhurst, with Pastor T. M. Carroll officiating. Born March 9, 1941, in Chicago, he died Friday, Aug. 29, 2003, at home. Interment will be private.
Hank was a graduate of the University of Illinois and received his bachelor of science degree in accounting. He worked as an accountant until his retirement, and he was an Army veteran, having served as a second lieutenant. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Judy; his sons, Kevin Blada of Portland, Ore. and Jeff Blada of Grayslake; his granddaughter, Isabelle; his mother, Mary Blada of Gurnee; and by his sister, Helen Damergis of Willowbrook, Ill.
