Byline: David Oberhelman Daily Herald Sports Writer The College of William & Mary men's basketball team has a great scorer named Adam Hess, who will graduate in 2004. The Tribe is seeking Hess' replacement. Neuqua Valley senior forward-guard Kyle Carrabine has made his bid. On Oct. 7, a week after making an official visit to the Division I school in Williamsburg, Va., Carrabine verbally committed to play basketball at William & Mary.
Carrabine, who was recruited by former University of North Carolina and Denver Nuggets player Joe Wolf, said first-year Tribe coach Tony Shaver liked the 6-foot-7 wing player "because the strength of my game is shooting the 3-pointers, and really, all around the court.
