David William DuBois formerly of Arlington Heights Prayers for David William DuBois, 41, of Memphis Tenn., will be said privately on Oct. 25, 2003. Born July 14, 1962, in Evanston, he died on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2003. David was in the restaurant management business. He was also a Lambda Chi Alpha at Indiana University.
