Byline: Kate Grusich Daily Herald Staff Writer Two Loyola University of Chicago students have been charged for their roles in a fake ID operation, while a third remains under investigation, authorities said Friday. Police searched two dorm rooms at the Catholic school's campus and found fake Illinois and Michigan driver's licenses and university identification cards, authorities said.
"The interesting thing is the quality of these IDs," said Deputy Chief Mike Blazincic of the Lake County Sheriff's Department. "They are very good." Amrinder Singh, 18, of Lake Villa, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with one count of unlawful issuance of fictitious identification. He has posted $5,000 bond.
