- Jenny Kuffel of Arlington Heights, a senior communication major at Millikin University in Decatur, is spending the fall semester working for WAND-TV, an ABC affiliate in Decatur, as an intern. Kuffel was chosen for the this off-campus internship from her scholastic record and personal interviews.
To qualify, she had to fulfill various course prerequisites, work with a faculty mentor to define specific educational objectives and receive approval from her department chairman and dean.
