Byline: Jeffrey Gaunt Daily Herald Staff Writer Thomas Schober was a dedicated public servant and a good friend, according to those who knew him. The 63-year-old Algonquin resident, who served as an Algonquin village trustee in the late 1980s and early 90s and as Algonquin Township supervisor from 1993-97, died of a heart attack Sunday at Beloit Memorial Hospital in Wisconsin.
