Jack D. Camp of Arlington Heights Memorial services for Jack D. Camp will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 200 S. Willie, Mount Prospect. Born March 21, 1933, in Independence, Iowa, the son of Frederick and Vera (nee Peck) Camp, he died Monday, Jan. 9, 2004, at Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood.

Jack was a manufacturers representative and the owner of Jack Camp and Associates. He was also employed part-time as a bus driver for Laidlaw Transportation. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Donna "Cookie" (nee Anderson), whom he married Dec. 26, 1967, in Chicago; his son, Christopher A. Camp of Arlington Heights; his sister, Patricia (Richard) Woods; and by his brothers, Michael Camp and Daniel J....
