Byline: Chad Brooks Daily Herald Staff Writer Arlington Heights police and the FBI were continuing their search Tuesday for a man who stole more than $4,000 from a bank Monday afternoon. Arlington Heights Sgt. Richard Marcinkowski said a man wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a winter hunting hat entered Bank One, 43 E.
Golf Road, about 12:10 p.m. Monday and handed the teller a yellow note. Marcinkowski said the note implied the robber had a gun and would use it if the teller did not give him money. The robber then handed the teller a white plastic bag. The teller put about $4,600 inside it and gave it back to him, Marcinkowski said.
