The Geneva Dance Team gave two performances at the Illinois Drill Team Association's state competition March 27 at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. The competition included 132 teams that gave 200 performances at the day-long event. The Viking dancers finished 13th in the AA hip-hop category and eighth in the AA dance category.

Team members are Brittany Bares, Taylor Burchett, Amanda Coyne, Maggie Coyne, Kailin Johnson, Tanja Leonard, Jill Meade, Mary McCauley, Colleen Moffat, Grace-Marie Ottomanelli, Katie Reilly, Bre Sinacore, Brynn Snyder, Loren Steves, Sarah Thomas, Hilary Verhaeghe and Ashley Willman. Coach is Judy Sorden.
