Joseph C. Grossman Jr. of Carpentersville for 42 years Funeral service for Joseph C. Grossman Jr., 73, will be held at 9:15 a.m. Monday, at Miller Funeral Home, 504 W. Main St., West Dundee, to St. Monica Church, Carpentersville, for 10 a.m. Mass. Born Dec. 26, 1930, in Chicago, the son of Joseph C.
Sr. and Calista (nee Slightom) Grossman, he died Friday, June 4, 2004, at Sherman Hospital, Elgin. Burial will be in Dundee Township Cemetery, East Dundee. Joseph was an Air Force veteran, having served during the Korean War. He was also a member of St. Monica Catholic Church of Carpentersville. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Kathleen A.
