Byline: Ted Cox Daily Herald TV/Radio Columnist "Trailer Park Boys" returns for its second season at 8 p.m. today on BBC America, but the British are actually fairly innocent on this one. Instead, blame Canada. Yet at least give them credit for truth in advertising. "Trailer Park Boys" is, in fact, about three boyish men living in the Sunnyvale Trailer Park outside Halifax, which I believe is somewhere near Toronto - or maybe Winnipeg or Calgary or one of those other hockey boomtowns.

In any case, it's somewhere up north where they say "oot" ...
