Byline: Ames Boykin Daily Herald Staff Writer After sifting through information about Des Plaines' dealings with a firm that hired a former Cook County undersheriff accused of taking bribes from a reputed mobster, city officials have concluded there was no wrongdoing. Four months after starting a report on the city's relationship with Prime Site Inc., the city manager's report has revealed nothing that would prevent the city from wanting to do future business with the Rolling Meadows firm, the report says.
