Victora Wing Hesse a lifelong resident of Elgin Funeral services for Victoria Wing Hesse, 56, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, at St. Hugh of Lincoln Episcopal Church, corner of Highland Ave. and Randall Road, Elgin. Fr. Tom Atamian will officiate. Born Oct. 11, 1947, in Elgin, the daughter of Aubrey and Dorothy Biggar Hesse, she passed away Thursday, Aug.

19, 2004, in Provena St. Joseph Hospital, after a brief illness. Burial will be in Udina Cemetery. Victoria was a member of St. Hugh of Lincoln Episcopal Church, Provena St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary, the Elgin Women's Club, the Elgin Historical Society, and the American Legion Auxiliary. She is survived by her cousins, Elizabeth Kreinbrink, Margaret Callahan, Kathleen Schmeling of Wisconsin, Stuart Busse Jr....
