Frances hampers Federal Signal OAK BROOK - Federal Signal Corp. said Tuesday Hurricane Frances did not do much physical damage to its Fire Rescue plant, but did handcuff production. The Ocala, Fla., facility lost two to three days worth of production of its fire trucks because of a loss in power and emergency conditions in the surrounding community.
