Byline: Michael Puente Daily Herald Staff Writer Tapping into the global economy isn't just something set aside for large businesses in downtown Chicago. Companies - large or small - in the Northwest Suburbs now have the opportunity to expand their businesses overseas through the new International Business Center in Rolling Meadows.
"There is nothing like it in the Northwest suburbs, let alone the rest of the state (outside of Chicago)," said Rand Haas, head of the IBC, which is based at the Rolling Meadows Campus of DePaul University.
