Clark Consulting expands repurchase BARRINGTON - Clark Consulting said Wednesday it has doubled its existing stock repurchase plan, so it now is allowed to buy up to $10 million of its outstanding common stock from the previously approved $5 million. The company said it already has bought 300,600 shares at an average of $14.27 per share.

Clark currently has $12.6 million of unrestricted cash, some of which could be used to buy the stock.
