Paul Eugene Giek of Arlington Heights A memorial service for Paul Eugene Giek, 72, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home, 235 N. Main St., Wauconda. Interment will be in Wauconda Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Saturday, at the funeral home.

Born Aug. 1, 1932, in Crystal Lake, the son of Fred E. and Marian F. (nee Novy) Giek, he died Saturday, Nov. 20, 2004, at Manor Care in Arlington Heights. Paul attended Crystal Lake Public Schools and graduated from Crystal Lake Central High School. While there, he participated in football, track and basketball.
