Mill St., Naperville. Born Nov. 21, 1925, in Peoria, Ill., he died Sunday, Nov. 7, 2004, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield. Mr. Piper was a graduate of Bradley University, class of 1950. He served in the Navy during World War II. He was employed by Prudential Insurance Company for 37 years and retired in 1987. He earned his C.L.U.
