Sirva agrees to sell European business WESTMONT - Sirva Inc., parent company of Allied Van Lines, said on Thursday it has agreed to sell its European Specialized Transportation business for about $13.5 million to Wincanton PLC. The move is part of Sirva's plan to focus on its core relocation services business, the company said.

Three divisions are included in the transportation business. Sirva said it expects the deal to close soon.
