USF appoints Sears' Richter to board HOFFMAN ESTATES - Chicago-based USF Corp. appointed Glenn R. Richter, 42, to its board of directors. Richter is executive vice president and chief financial officers of Hoffman Estates-based Sears Roebuck and Co. He also leads Sears strategy, information technology, credit and financial services, real estate, non- merchandising procurement and other initiatives.

Richter joined Sears in 2000 as vice president and controller and became vice president of finance the following year.
