eLoyalty improves results in the quarter LAKE FOREST - eLoyalty Corp., which focuses on helping companies get the most out of client interactions, Monday said it reduced its loss in the fourth quarter ended Jan. 1 to $1.1 million from $4.9 million in the same quarter ended Dec. 27, 2003. The loss totaled 23 cents a share, compared to 89 cents a share in the red in the same period a year earlier.
