Byline: Kim Mikus A new Dunkin' Donuts store opened at 5 a.m. Friday at 1100 N. Rte. 83, Bensenville. Elk Grove Village resident Syam Thotokura owns the new store. He is combining his background in information technology and food service to open his first store. Previously, Thotokura managed the information technology systems for Eastern Michigan University's dining services and worked for Ford Motor Co and Interactive Business Systems.
He also operates his own software development and consulting business, which he founded five years ago. New venture: Hitchcock Design Group, a land planning and landscape architecture firm based in Naperville recently appointed Frank C. Clements as an officer with the firm to assist in launching a Chicago office....
